In March 2011 Tecsisel implemented its Quality Management System, based on the ISO 9001 standard.
Tecsisel Quality Policy consists of the continuous satisfaction of its Customers (Stakeholders) through the recognition of the quality of its services and products.
This policy is taken from the perspective of:
– To develop and present innovative, efficient and high quality solutions, according to the needs and expectations of the clients (Stakeholders);
– To ensure the credibility of the solutions presented to each client;
– Permanent monitoring of new technologies to develop and update methodologies and work processes;
– To promote the qualification, training and motivation of the employees, contributing to the increase in the company’s productivity;
– Invest in the continuous improvement of the effectiveness of the Quality Management System;
– Compliance with the legal and regulatory requirements applicable to the reality of the company.
