The protection of privacy and personal data is a fundamental commitment by Tecsisel to the holder of personal data (also, «holder») who uses the tecsisel.com website.

4. Data Protection Officer
Tecsisel has a Data Protection Officer (EPD or Data Protection Officer), who provides information and advises the controller or subcontractor on their obligations in terms of privacy and data protection; controls compliance of data processing with applicable regulations; provides advice, when requested, with regard to the data protection impact assessment and monitors its implementation; it is a point of contact with the holder of personal data to clarify questions regarding the processing of their data by Tecsisel; and is the point of contact for the supervisory authority (National Data Protection Commission – CNPD) on issues related to processing, cooperating with this entity.

9. How long does Tecsisel process and keep your personal data?

The revocation of consent will not affect the lawfulness of the processing of personal data that has been carried out so far, based on the consent that you have previously provided.

To the attention of the Data Protection Officer
The response to requests must be provided, without undue delay, within one month of receipt of the request, unless it is a particularly complex request or occurs in exceptional circumstances. That period may be extended by up to two months, where necessary, taking into account the complexity of the request and the number of requests received.
As part of your request, you may be asked to provide proof of your identity in order to ensure that personal data is only shared with the respective holder.
